An Introduction

Sherman Construction Ltd was re-established in 2016 after moving to Barbican in London. Our Head Office is located within minutes of Barbican Station, enabling us to serve our clients quickly and effectively. Working within the M25, we aim to maintain our reputation as a high quality, specialist contractor providing construction, refitting and refurbishment work valued from £10k to £2million.

Our ability to deliver bespoke projects within challenging time contraints often attracts clients within Healthcare, Civic, and Education sectors, but our experience ranges from highly sensitive hospital environments to luxury department stores.

Sherman Construction is managed by a small team of specialists with a wealth of experience across all sectors of the construction industry. This allows us to acutely manage every aspect of the project, including client relations, contract administration and site management.

Unlike many other small contractors, we employ a talented team of full-time tradesmen and site-workers. This ensures that our clients feel supported by a highly skilled team, and we can place full confidence in the quality of their workmanship.

Sherman’s dedicated team of tradesmen and site-staff are supported by a loyal team of subcontractors. We only build relationships with high-quality and professional subcontractors and all new subcontractors and suppliers are subject to a comprehensive selection process.

Our commitment to professionalism and excellent communication has led to a wealth of satisfied clients and numerous opportunities for repeat business. We involve our clients in all aspects of the construction process and our senior managers are on hand to offer support, before, during and post completion.
